Please Tell Congress to End Forced Arbitration – Support the FAIR Act!
The Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal (FAIR) Act seeks to end the practice of forcing consumers, employees, and patients into a secretive, rigged arbitration system, which denies citizens of their constitutional rights and prevents them from holding corporate bad actors accountable. Forced arbitration is hidden in the fine print of everything from nursing home admissions forms and credit card contracts, to online click-through “agreements” and employee handbooks. It gives corporations the power to escape civil justice and avoid being held accountable when people are harmed.
This important bill gives people back their rights to seek justice and accountability when physically or financially hurt by a corporation.
